An Agentic AI course teaches participants how AI can be configured to perform structured, multi-step tasks instead of responding only to individual prompts. This course focuses on practical workplace and WSH applications.

No. Basic computer skills are sufficient. The course focuses on using AI tools and designing practical workflows rather than software programming.
Can AI prepare a workplace risk assessment?
AI can assist with drafting, organising and reviewing risk-assessment information, but the final assessment must be reviewed by competent personnel familiar with the workplace, hazards and applicable requirements.
What AI applications will I learn?
Participants explore applications including AI-assisted risk assessment, incident-report drafting, toolbox-talk preparation, document summarisation, meeting-action extraction and reusable AI assistants.
Can WSH Officers use Agentic AI?
Yes. Agentic AI can assist WSH professionals with structured administrative and documentation tasks including summarising safety discussions, organising incident information, preparing draft toolbox-talk material and assisting with risk-assessment documentation.
