WSH Trainer

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training and activities professionally as per the lesson plan
  • Conduct the assessment as stated in the Assessment Plan
  • Ensure training is conducted in a safe and conducive environment for everyone
  • Ensure all assessment documents are duly completed
  • Ensure highest level of customer service provided to our students

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)
  • Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health
  • Code of Ethics for WSH Trainers
  • Completed WSQ/MOM Operate Forklift course AND/OR Work at Heights Supervisor/MWAH course
  • At least At least 5 years of relevant working experience as a supervisor in the logistics OR construction industry
  • At least 2 years of in-house training experience
  • Able to train in any of these languages – English, Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, Bengali
  •  

Administrative Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate registrations for customers
  • Ensure compliance with SSG ,MOM , SCDF requirements
  • Administer invoicing
  • Maintain student records
  • Any other duties as assigned
  • Detailed oriented and confident in the duties
  • Well versed in Excel
  • Team player who is also able to perform independently
