WSQ Apply 5S Techniques
The module specifies the knowledge and application skills needed for an employee to apply 5S procedures (a structured approach to housekeeping) to their own job and work area. This will include SEIRI (Clearing unnecessary items from work area), SEITON (Organising work area in an orderly manner), SEISO (Cleaning work area), SEIKESTU (Maintaining work area cleanliness) and SHITSUKE (Maintaining self-discipline in work area).
Target Audience:All workers especially for the technical and operations-related jobs in manufacturing, logistics, real estate maintenance and management, and service-related technical sectors.Course Outline:
- Conduct SEIRI in accordance with organisational predetermined schedule
- Check work area to correctly identify unnecessary items in accordance with organisational checklist
- Label and segregate unnecessary items properly in work area in accordance with organisational procedures
- Clear all unnecessary items from work area and place them at designated location or holding area
- Dispose unnecessary items at designated location or holding area in accordance with organisational guidelines and procedures
- Conduct SEIRI in accordance with organisational safety and health guidelines
Cancellation/Refund For cancellation on the commencement date, 100% of deposit will be forfeited. .For cancellation <= 02 days before the commencement date, 80% of deposit will be forfeited.For cancellation <= 05 days before commencement date, 60% of deposit will be forfeited.Absent: Total fees shall be forfeited for absenteeism without valid papers.Appeal: All appeals for course results to training matters must be in writing to Training Director within 48hrs after the result to the Admin office by fax: 6293 4401 or email: aat@aattraininghub.comYou may apply for training incentives here at Skills Connect:
