WSQ Certified Scissor Lift Operators
Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from AAT Training Hub.
Workplaces like warehouses deploy many stackers/reach trucks for the logistics operations in narrow aisles for organising products safely and quickly.
It is therefore important that all warehousing staff are well trained by our expert lift truck trainers; who will guide you staff in various aspects of the safety of the reach truck.
Understand the reach truck’s components, controls, and features.
Comply with safety guidelines and procedures.
Conduct a thorough pre-operation inspection of the reach truck.
Know the load capacity and how to maintain stability.
Master the operation of the reach truck controls for maneuvering and control.
Learn proper lifting and stacking techniques.
Familiarize yourself with narrow aisle operation if applicable.
Know the emergency procedures and how to handle unforeseen situations.
Stay updated with ongoing training and manufacturer’s guidelines.
All warehouse/logistics employees are recommended to attend this course and gain competency in operating the reach truck.
Candidates are reminded to bring their own steel capped safety shoes for practical training sessions.
We recommend our participants to already have completed the WSQ Operate Forklift course.
